Yes. Saliylic acid is good to use in skincare for combination skin types as it helps in the regulation of excess oil and sebum production. Salicylic acid is also known to be a gentle exfoliant, removing dead skin cells, promoting cell turnover and is also non-comedogenic, making it suitable for oily skin and acne-prone skin types.

Due to combination skin types having areas of both dry skin and oily skin on the face, it is not easy to narrow down on the ideal moisturiser.
